Hexcell Electronics, founded in 2003, was established as a R&D, production and sales High-tech entity dedicating itself on electronic meters and relevant AMR/AMI system development. With our joint efforts, Hexcell has rapidly developed and successfully supplied its meter products to customers both in China and overseas in the past years.

Hexcell boasts more than 200 staff, in which 60% are R&D engineers. 80% of the engineers have rich experiences in metering and system R&D for many years. Based on the ERP management platform and the perfect quality management system, Hexcell was awarded Shenzhen High-tech enterprise certificate in 2008 and awarded national high-tech enterprise certification in 2011.

In 2005, Hexcell was successfully certified by British BSI ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and OHSAS18000. With the modern production lines, advanced measurement test equipment and certified process, our electronic meter production capacity reached 4,000,000 units a year. In order to meet customers various requirements, we constantly invest in technology innovation. Many types of single and three phase meters are certified by Netherland KEMA, Germany PTB, South African STS, USA ANSI, USA UL, DLMS and the factory was certified by Germany MID Certification body MIKES. With the help of these certificates and strong R&D ability, Hexcell designs and manufactures a series of smart meters to European market including Germany, Finland and Austria, etc.
